A coaching relationship provides you the chance to find what is holding you back from the life that you want to live and from being the person that you want to be.

Primarily, I offer two different kinds of coaching:
Personal/individual coaching:

With personal/individual coaching, my job is to be your guide on your journey of self discovery. I am here to help you clarify your goals, to help you create effective strategies and to offer valuable feedback. I am here to hold you accountable and to support you in your journey to growth and excellence.
Examples of personal/individual coaching topics include:

· Becoming aware of your core values

· Reaching a predetermined goal
· Changing self defeating habits

Leadership coaching:
Leadership coaching offers organizational leaders (Executives, Managers, Directors, Supervisors, Informal Leaders) the opportunity to deepen their awareness of the skills/behaviours that their workgroups deem critical to leadership excellence. Together with key stakeholders, we will identify behaviours that will make the biggest positive change in increased leadership effectiveness, identify leadership gaps, and then create strategies to close them.
Our leadership coaching practice utilizes the “Feedforward” model of leadership development put forward by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, coach to top executives in many of the world’s leading companies, and one of the foremost authorities on how to help leaders achieve positive, measurable changes in their own behaviour.
Excellent candidates for leadership coaching may include:
· Formal leaders who want to improve their leadership skills
· Established leaders who have recently experienced on the job personality conflicts with colleagues, challenging 360 performance appraisal results or other feedback suggesting behavioural/leadership development
· Talented candidates in succession planning who need to further develop their leadership skills
· Established leaders who are struggling with overwork, stress and work/life balance
