2010 is fast approaching.....A new start. A new chance. Time for rebirth and new priorities. With the promise of a better year approaching, I thought this would be the perfect time to tell you all about a new program. This coming spring, 2010, I'm excited to be offering the Personal Foundation Program within a women’s group setting.

What is Personal Foundation?

A woman's personal foundation is the structural basis that supports her in living an exceptional life. You expect your house to be built on a strong and solid foundation to avoid collapsing under stress. Well, this program will work on providing you the same solid foundation for your life!

The Personal Foundation program is a comprehensive, coordinated approach to significantly enhance the quality of your life. You will accomplish more if you take the time to strengthen your personal foundation. Who doesn't want to accomplish more in life? More peace?  More love? More balance? Together, we’ll explore the 10 core areas of your foundation which, when linked together, provide a solid yet personalized base on which to build your life.

These 10 core areas include:
-a past that is fully complete
-a life that is based on integrity
-needs that have been identified and met
-boundaries that are automatic
-standards that bring out your best
-fewer tolerations in your life

-a choice to come from a positive place
-a family that nurtures you
-a community that develops you
-a life oriented around your true values

If you are interested, you would be starting a deliberate process to strengthen every part of your personal and professional life. You will be focusing on and committing to YOU...building yourself and your life from the inside out so that it becomes sustainable, easier and more rewarding.

Personal Readiness

Working through this program will not be easy. It is not something that can be done quickly. It will be challenging and will require a full commitment from you to get the work done. Do you think you are ready to invest in yourself?

I will be taking 12 Personal Foundation Women’s Group clients this year. WILL YOU BE ONE OF THEM?

To register, simply send me an email expressing your interest. We will go from there. The deadline to register is March 10th, 2010.

Feel free to be in touch with any questions you may have. In the meantime, think about it. Maybe it's your time.....

What are you doing on July 5th at around 9:00pm? I've made it to the audience voting round of the Jackhammers Singing Contest in Brantford, Ontario. On this night, I will sing 2 songs (along with about 8 other people). The audience will fill out ballots to vote for the two that they want to send to the semi-finals. This contest has some AMAZING opportunities attached to it. So, if you're available, come on out and please vote for me! It'd be greatly appreciated.....For more information about the contest, click here.

Today, I was fortunate enough to be asked to sing "Oh Canada" at the Citizenship Ceremony at the Windsor-Essex YMCA (where I proudly worked as both a Youth Gambling Outreach Worker and Job Search Workshop Facilitator). This year marked the YMCA's 60th anniversary of providing newcomer support services in Windsor!

I watched in humility as 60 newcomers were celebrated during the inspirational Citizenship Ceremony. One couldn't help but be very aware of the excitement and pride with which people chose to become a member of our country....something that we can take for granted. When I sung the words to "Oh Canada" today, I meant them in a way that I hadn't in a very long time. Thank you to the Windsor-Essex YMCA and to CEO Dan Pelletier for the wonderful opportunity.

Just found out that I was chosen as one of this year's "Top 40 Under 40" through the Guelph Mercury! This program recognizes leaders, under the age of 40 who are making a difference in the Guelph community. A special insert in the Guelph Mercury, with bios and pics of the Top 40 Under 40, will be made available on June 27th. Thank you to the Senior Team members at Guelph General Hospital for nominating me!
