~Overcoming the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team
Pat Lencioni wrote the field guide on teams! This session, based on ‘The Five Dysfunctions of a Team’ will walk you through the human behaviours that corrupt teams and provide explicit instructions on how to start to overcome them. Teamwork can be restored and maintained.

How can you get more of what you want????
In this program, participants will be reminded that we get more of whatever we focus on. Many of us have a tendency to focus on what we don’t want, instead of what we do. Join us in this fast paced program as we discuss how to stop focusing on what we don’t want and instead, place our efforts on what we do!
By having a positive attitude and taking action, you will be motivated to move in the right direction for yourself and for the organization
~Service Excellence
Not your average customer service session.....This session will connect you to your overall purpose and ignite a passion for service! What is your role in providing excellence in service? What power do you have to change the course of a customer's day? Do you see how your role is connected to the bigger picture? Whether you work directly with the customer, or behind the scenes, service is at the heart of an excellent organization.
~True Colours

True Colours © is a simple and fun method to help us understand and appreciate our own strengths and preferences as well as the strengths and preferences of those we work with.
